Love on the Spectrum wouldn’t be the show we all know and love without one very important person – Jennifer Cook. She’s instrumental in the whole dating process for a lot of the cast members. In season three, we see her visit Madison before her dates, and she dishes out some incredible advice. Jennifer’s words of wisdom come from a life of experiencing her own autism diagnosis.
Meet Love on the Spectrum’s Jennifer
Before Jennifer began appearing on Love on the Spectrum in 2022, she had a super successful career as an author and presenter.
These days, she offers private coaching, public speaking and more services as a neurodiversity expert.
Per her website, through her work, “she helps unzip hidden social rules for neurodiverse people of all ages, coaching them toward more connected, fulfilling lives and relationships.”
Jennifer was identified as being on the spectrum in 2011. After her diagnosis, she began writing books “as she realized there were hidden, unspoken social rules that she wasn’t taught growing up,” per Tudum.
She’s the author of multiple books
Yep, Jennifer is the author of not one best-selling book, but nine!
She’s worked on everything from colouring books to collating information on social rules when it comes to autism.
The Netflix star is a mom, and she’s often taking to social media to share how her kids have inspired a lot of her work.

Jennifer also takes to the ‘gram this month to share tips on “feeling beautiful or handsome” and has her followers saying she’s “amazing.”
