Wicked obliterated the box office last weekend and proved to all normal movie-goers that musicals are the best thing to ever bless cinema. Long-time Wicked fans were pleasantly surprised by pop star Ariana Grande‘s performance, after the previous controversy surrounding whether she could pull Glinda off. Luckily, the whole thing was just PERFECTION. Ariana and her co-star, Cynthia Erivo, have been the best of friends during the entire press tour and admitted in an interview to stealing some things from the Wicked set.

In an interview with British Vogue, the Wicked cast played a game of Never Have I Ever. Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo and Johnathan Bailey all confessed to stealing some of the things from the Wicked set.

When they were asked if they had taken anything home with them from filming, Ariana joked that it was really “just a question of what didn’t I steal from the set, truly,” implying she took a lot with her.

Cynthia also admitted to having “a few things” from the set, most importantly Elphaba’s iconic broom. However, Ariana pinpointed one of the weirder items she had taken with her.

“I have a pair of Cynthia’s prosthetic ears,” she laughed. “I haven’t tried them on yet, but I like to keep them out as if they’re like a pastry, you know?” A bizarre choice, but who are we to judge?

Ariana said that she’d have to “put them out with food or something, just to confuse people” to “see if they think it’s, like, a croissant, and then it’s your ear, and they go, ‘woah, wait a minute.’” Imagine just popping over for a cup of tea and seeing a pair of ears on display. It’s actually very iconic.
