‘Mind blown’: Timothée Chalamet look at Knicks game with Kylie Jenner has everyone gagged

'I had to look this up because I did not believe you'

Timothée Chalamet might be one of the biggest actors in the world, but everyone’s been Googling him after his courtside appearance with girlfriend Kylie Jenner at the NBA playoffs last night.

The pair have been all over our feeds in recent days as Chalamet has been there to support his favourite team, the New York Knicks, and the reality star has been by his side. 

There’s been much debate online about the celebrity spectacle, especially from Knicks fans. What’s more, Kylie has been dragged for using her private jet to fly back and forth between NYC and LA for their sports dates. 

But following the team’s victory last night, and the fresh footage of the couple enjoying the game, the thing people seem most fixated on is Chalamet himself – specifically, just how young he looked during the game.

Timothée Chalamet’s age has left people shocked

In case you’re wondering, the Dune actor was born in December 1995, making him 30 years old. There’s not actually a huge age gap between him and Kylie, who is 28 years old.

But with footage showing Kylie taking photos of Chalamet meeting his heroes like a proud mum, combined with his oversized clothes and excitable energy, many viewers were left saying he looked more like a teenage fan than a 30-year-old Oscar-nominated actor.

“His face and the baggy tee makes him look 14 lol,” wrote one on Reddit, while another said, “I was absolutely mind blown when I found out he was 30. I legitimately thought he was 20 but still looked 13.”

A third replied, “Whoa wtf I had to look this up because I did not believe you at all lmao. I thought he was maybe 18-20.” 

A fourth chimed in, “My brain cannot comprehend that is a man in his 30’s. Even more incomprehensible are the women who have found him attractive for years,” and a fifth quipped, “He looks like a teen whose celeb prom proposal was accepted by Kylie.”

There are plenty of netizens highlighting Chalamet’s old look, including this person who said, “They look like they’re having fun but there is something so odd about this pairing. Like why does he look like a boy? I miss the days when he was French and had the curly bob.”

Not everyone’s as brutal, however, with some jumping in to defend the couple. “Leave him alone, it’s nice to see someone actually enthusiastic about something instead of pretentiously nonchalant,” wrote one.

“His affinity for NYC and its various cultural bits are probably the least annoying / most genuine things about him. I can’t hate on somebody for liking something and being excited.”
