It’s no secret that Kinda pregnant was a kinda flop. Nobody has hit it with a five star status, and several reviews have branded it unfunny which has got to be a shame for its leading lady. Amy Schumer made a Netflix comeback after seven years with Kinda Pregnant, but what has she been up to on the down-low in between that time? Being hilarious, probably. She opened up about a health diagnosis Early last year Amy Schumer opened up about having Cushing’s Syndrome, which is a condition caused by having steroid injections in high doses. She originally spoke out about it due to “trolling” comments she was getting online. She firstly attributed the change in her appearance to having endometriosis, but then revealed it was actually her Cushing’s diagnosis – which left her feeling “reborn.” “There are a few types of Cushing. Some that can be fatal, require brain surgery or removal of adrenal glands,” Amy told the News Not Noise newsletter. “I have the kind of Cushing that will just work itself out and I’m healthy [which] was the greatest news imaginable,” she explained. It was called Emergency Contact, but to be honest I didn’t even know it existed until now.
