The Freakfest lineup has been announced and it’s pretty lit
A grammy nominated artist is performing
Freakfest is a music festival that takes place every year around Halloween time.
This year the celebration will be happening on Saturday, October 28th, and will feature some incredible talent, such as Grammy nominated artist D.R.A.M.
There are three stages at Freakfest, and each stage has its own set of performers. Other notable artists include MUTEMATH, Kweku Collins, DJay Mando, and greenhaus (full lineup below).
Tickets go on sale on at 10am on Friday, September 1st and are 10 dollars if purchased in advance. Tickets can be purchased at many locations around Madison including, Ragstock, Ians and B-Side or online.
Performers on the Mountain Dew Capitol Stage: D.R.A.M., George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, Dweku Collins, Clyde Stubblefield All Stars, DJay Mando.
Performers on the Steve Brown Apartments and Z104 Madison Stage: Troy "Trombone Shorty" Andrews & Orleans Avenue, MUTEMATH, THE MAIN SQUEEZE, Mama Digdown's Brass Band, Bird's Eye.
Performers on the Ian's Pizza Madison and WSUM 91.7 FM Stage: Twelves, greenhaus, The Begowatts, Nester, Mr. Martin & the Sensitive Guys.
