UW-Madison ranked number five for best student life

Once again, Badgers do it better

The Niche rankings on “2017 Colleges with the Best Student Life” are out, and The University of Wisconsin – Madison has earned itself well into the top 10k, with a 5th place ranking.

The site created these rankings by giving a letter grade to several components of campus life.  UW received an A+ for party scene, campus, athletics, and local area.

Madison’s lowest rankings were an A- in diversity, and B- in safety, but these bad grades still left UW in the top five.

UW-Madison ranked below #1 University of Southern California, #2 University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, #3 University of Georgia, and #4 University of Texas – Austin.

When taking a look at their biggest competitor’s rankings they are well above #15 Ohio State, #29 University of Iowa…. and possibly the biggest victory of all, #36 University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.

So, throw on your badger apparel with pride and enjoy your campus this weekend. It is a pretty wonderful place.
