The Rotunda re-opens today
Here’s what you need to know about the re-opening of the Rotunda
The Rotunda has been under renovation for the past two years, and students have been anxiously awaiting its return. For the classes of 2018 and 2019, this year will be their first to explore the inside of the Rotunda.
Since the renovation of Clem 2 to become an advising center, there has not been a designated space for students to work on group projects. However, the Dome Room in the Rotunda is now being opened to students for the first time ever, and this room is going to be used as a place for students to study and socialize. With the addition of three classrooms and this new study space, the Rotunda is now going to be more student friendly.
The Rotunda will be open daily from 9am to 5pm, but students will be able to access the Rotunda from 5pm to 10pm three days a week and also for additional hours during finals.
