USC Trojan football has gone a whole calendar year since their last loss

365 days of pure victory

USC Trojans football just won their 14th game in a row in Northern California against the UC Berkeley Golden Bears. Although not a blowout, the Trojans managed to secure the victory early in the fourth quarter to end the game 30-20.

With the first road win of the season under their belts, the Trojans are now 4-0 and are ranked number five in the nation – for now at least.

The undefeated four game start of this season starkly contrasts the 1-3 beginning of the 2016 season, when USC suffered early losses to Alabama, Stanford, and Utah.

Luckily, with the help of star QB Sam Darnold, the Trojans have not lost again since the disastrous Utah game – which happened exactly 365 days and 14 games ago.

USC’s defense has forced 10 turnovers (and counting) in the last 2 games! ? #FightOn

Trojan football is officially a year into the undefeated Helton era, but how long will it continue?

The last time the Trojans finished the season undefeated with a National Championship title in hand was in 2004 under Pete Carroll – and this year's team is thirsty for another.

Leader of men. #FightOn
