Luke from Modern Family will attend the USC School of Cinematic Arts after the show is done filming

Making the Trojan Family modern

The School of Cinematic Arts just added another Hollywood star to their roster: Nolan Gould of the hit sitcom Modern Family.

Gould announced he will study cinema to continue his career in acting and in television, but only after “Luke” grows out of his modern family. He decided to defer his enrollment to USC when ABC renewed Modern Family for another season.

If the sitcom sticks around, it may be another year or two before Gould parts from the camera to find his seat in the Norris Theatre. But as history repeats itself, keep your eye out for him at fraternity parties, where he frequented last semester.

His co-star and on-screen sister, Ariel Winters, plans to keep the sibling rivalry alive in real life and attend UCLA. Bring on the drama – or comedy.
