BREAKING: Two people arrested on 29th and Ellendale
Neither of them attend USC
A woman has been handcuffed and put into a DPS car on 29th and Ellendale.
According to a DPS officer she was one of two people arrested. Neither of them are students at USC.
The woman was driving a white Honda Odyssey. Her purse has been placed on the hood of a DPS vehicle, but the authorities will not comment as to why and will not reveal the charges against those arrested.
