Someone chalked ‘TRUMP 2016’ and ‘build that wall’ in front of the Old Well

This morning, UNC students woke up to an ode to Trump. Someone has chalked support for the Republican candidate, as well as the words “build that wall,” on the bricks in front of the Old Well.

Someone wrote the message before 1am Saturday morning. When a reporter for The Tab arrived on the scene at 1.30am, someone had already spit on the words.

While many students may see the chalk as a joke, others have criticized the message it sends. This could be a sign of the silent majority supporting Trump, or it may just as easily be a prank.
