I asked girls on Tinder what their worst Valentine’s Day was

‘I saw him and my best friend at dinner together’

This Sunday is Valentine’s Day, meaning a lot of people are about to be really disappointed. As someone who has never been in a relationship on Valentine’s Day, I really have no opinion on the whole ordeal.

That being said, I personally don’t know anyone who has had a good Valentine’s Day. I also firmly believe that you can learn more from mistakes than victories. Just kidding, the mistakes make for funnier stories.

So, I did what any millennial would do and I took to Tinder.

I asked girls what their worst Valentine’s Day experience was. Most told me they had never had a real Valentine’s day. But there were a few gems. If gems is the new term for complete and utter nightmare.

No Tinders were harmed in the writing of this article. Just ex-boyfriends.

The sports fan

Are you sure you’re OK? Also, yes she did include his name.

The knight without any shining armor

Guys my age have a really bad reputation. People act as though chivalry is dead and gentlemen are hard to find. They are right. This is why.

The curveball

Home room was my favorite subject in high school. It probably was not hers.

The two-timer

Maybe they were planning a surprise party for you? Maybe.

And my personal favorite…

The napper

Not sure this what Beyonce meant by ‘Drunk in Love,’ but art is open to interpretation. The rocks on the window were romantic, though.

On the bright side, chocolate is about to be so cheap.
