UConn junior passenger in car accident close to campus

The accident occurred this morning

This morning at approximately 8am a Jeep Wrangler flipped and rolled twice on Cedar Swamp Rd about two miles from main campus with the vehicle coming to rest while upside down.

The passenger in the vehicle, Samantha Feinberg, is a junior MCB major, Pre-Med at UConn.

The driver who is not a UConn student was found unconscious at the scene and taken to Windham Hospital via ambulance along with the passenger.

Upon arrival, the driver was diagnosed with a broken nose, the presumed cause being airbag impact.
