Anti-Katehi chalk appears around UC Davis campus

The latest of the Anti-Katehi movements involved a massive chalking campaign over the Memorial Union’s concrete paths

The growing #FireKatehi movements in UC Davis is not finished voicing their outrage towards the UC Davis Administration’s attempt to scrub the Pepper Spray Incident from search results. Instead of fighting fire with fire, they fought pepper spray with…..chalk!

The chalkings appeared around memorial Union and the quad area, nearby the school library (Shields Library), one of the bus terminals, and several lecture halls.

The result, these works of art:

Look how happy she looks with all that money

The internet is forever, which Katehi and co learned the hard way

Some of these are actually pretty clever. Not bad. Didn’t see that one coming.

Just last week, the protestors concluded their 36 day occuptation at Mrak Hall

Linda has repeatedly apologized through various ways for her actions, but not everyone thinks they are sincere

You can’t blame students for having debt on their mind…and being upset about it, given the circumstances

Not only artistic but historically significant. Mind you this image was drawn in the area where the pepper spray attacks occurred four and a half years ago

It can’t be a good sign when Megyn Kelly is justifying your actions

That’s only a few of the messages and images protestors drew all over the busy and famed paths of the eastern half of UC Davis campus.

It is clear that any attempts to erase the past will only result in the past coming back to haunt them.
