UC Davis is the 6th most sleep deprived school in America

Many UC Davis students couldn’t find sleep even if they were enrolled in a sheep counting class

Fitness tracking company Jawbone shows that UC Davis is the 6th most sleep deprived school in the nation.

I can’t say I’m shocked. I’ve seen many students at morning lectures, and it looks like the professor is Jigglypuff is disguise and “singing” them to sleep.

On average, students go to sleep at 12:03am and then wake up at 7:53am, which is only 6.75 hours of sleep a day.

On the other hand, you have schools like Berkeley where students tend to get 6.8 hours of sleep per night.

Coming top of the most sleep-deprived schools is Columbia with a nasty 6.68 hours of sleep each night.

Ask yourself this: what’s an hour more of sleep? If you truly believe you are using that entire hour for studying, go for it.

But if it’s actually going to become 5 more minutes of studying and 55 more minutes of Twitter, Facebook, and Snapchat “pretending to study”, catch some Z’s.
