Survey results: who you actually want to come speak at UC Berkeley

Give me an O… Give me a B…

A few weeks ago, we asked you to tell us who you actually want to come speak at UC Berkeley by filling out a free form survey.

The survey produced interesting results; of those that answered our survey, 12.5% said they wanted Barack Obama. 8% wanted Ben Shapiro. Lucky for those people, he is coming to speak on campus September 14th. In preparation for the event, campus officials have sent several emails detailing the security precautions being taken.

Donald Trump, Daniel Radcliffe, Kanye West, and Stephen Colbert each received 5% of requests.

Bernie Sanders, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Michelle Obama, John Oliver, and Lil B Tha Based God clock in at 3%.

Other notable suggestions include Al Gore, Al Franken, Bill Nye, Emma Watson, Joe Biden, Trevor Noah, Malala Yousafzai, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, and TJ Miller.

Well, you've made it clear that good ol' Barry would be very welcome on this campus. But honestly, I think we could all use a wholesome talk from our favorite childhood Science Guy, Bill Nye.
