EXCLUSIVE FOOTAGE: violent protesters at Saturday’s pro-Trump rally

The video shows pepper spray and fire-crackers being used

On Saturday, conservative organizers held a rally in support of President Trump a couple blocks from UC Berkeley’s campus at Martin Luther King Jr. Civic Park.

A counter-protest of mostly community members and some UC Berkeley students gathered, for the majority of the time peacefully expressing concern about what the organization of a pro-Trump coalition could do to different minority groups.

However, others in the counter-protest resorted to violence- these individuals used mace, intimidation, and physical assault in an attempt to disperse the rally.

Over 100 people were there in total.

Police in full riot gear stood just outside the park, and eventually tried to clear everyone out when the crowd began to get increasingly violent.
