Berkeley student Nick Leslie missing in Nice

He was separated from friends during the aftermath of the terror attack

UC Berkeley student, Nick Leslie, has reportedly gone missing while studying abroad in Nice, France following the terrorist attack on Bastille Day.

Nick was studying abroad in France this year. A Facebook post currently circulating says, ‘He was not injured during the attack but we have not heard from him since then’.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Leslie’s uncle, who resides nearby in France, has not seen Leslie since the attack.

“His uncle is going from hospital to hospital in the city trying to find him.”

Leslie reportedly avoided colliding with the truck, but was separated from friends in the chaotic aftermath.

Friends of Leslie have launched a Facebook campaign in order to help. Along with sharing the above photo, they are requesting that those who want to help set their posts to public and include the following hashtags: ‪
