Young Thug still scheduled to perform at OwlChella
His recent arrest shouldn’t affect the upcoming concert
UPDATE: Temple MCPB has confirmed to The Tab Temple that he will still be performing at OwlChella.
On August 28th, Temple MCPB announced the highly anticipated OwlChella performers―Lil Yachty, Tee Grizzley and Young Thug.
According to Billboard, Young Thug was arrested on Sept. 23 in Brookhaven, GA on drug-related charges along with felony drug charges and a misdemeanor for having tinted windows.
Brookhaven Police Department reported that Young Thug and Cedric Jones have been charged with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of Xanax, possession of codeine, possession of ecstasy and possession of a firearm.
TMZ reports, Young Thug appeared in court Wednesday and was released on bond.
