BREAKING: Car flipped over on Broad in front of J&H
Police have said this is still an open investigation
At approximately 8:24 P.M., a car flipped over in the middle of Broad Street in front of J&H residence hall on Wednesday night.

According to eyewitnesses, the driver allegedly responsible for the accident has been arrested after being suspected of being high on heroin.
Eyewitnesses said that heroin was also found in the vehicle.
Police have not confirmed if this is true, but have said this is still an ongoing investigation.
The police have described the incident as a two-vehicle accident with no injuries. The police did not provide any names.
As of now, the car remains in the road, while cops investigate further. The section of Broad between Norris and Diamond is currently blocked off.
