Temple University ranks as one of the most active student governments in the nation

The Princeton Review also ranks Temple as the eighth best Entrepreneurship undergraduate program

Every year, The Princeton Review releases its rankings for its best colleges across the country, with categories that include academics, extracurriculars, social life, and much more. For its 2018 edition, the Princeton Review surveyed over 137,000 students across the nation, and Temple University has topped many of the rankings.

As the 13th most active student government, Temple Student Government’s President Tyrell Mann-Barnes is hopeful to continue improving and engaging all students this year following the newly released rankings by The Princeton Review.

When asked about the ranking, Mann-Barnes said, “It is beyond exciting to be recognized as one of the most active student governments nationwide. When our team developed the Active TU platform, we focused heavily on engaging all voices in an inclusive, representative, and intentional manner.”

He then added, “Throughout the course of this summer, we have been working diligently to continuously improve the student experience and also the relationship between our University and our neighbors in the North Philadelphia community. On behalf of the entire TSG organization, we are all beyond excited to consistently engage all voices, while simultaneously enhancing the experience of every student at this great University (in this phenomenal city) that we all have grown to appreciate and love.”

Temple University is also ranked as the #8 undergraduate program for Entrepreneurship in the country, according to the Princeton Review. We’ve also got many more top rankings from other sites, so it seems people are finally starting to realize what we already know – that Temple is the best school in the country.
