Bernie and Hillary stop to take selfies in Philly ahead of primaries

Yeah, Philly Jesus was there

Bernie and Hillary have each made recent public appearances before Philadelphians cast their votes today.

Yesterday, Hillary made a speech at City Hall, where our own Philly Jesus snagged a selfie with her.

He has admitted, though, that he supports Bernie.

Then, this morning, shoppers at Reading Terminal Market were surprised to see Bernie wander through. He stopped at Carmen’s Famous Italian Hoagie’s and shook hands with the manager. He also stopped to let supporters take selfies with him, then later continued with the photo ops around City Hall, where CNN and other news crews were already hovering.

By this point, if you live in Philadelphia and have any interest in the election, you’ve probably gotten to see at least one of the democratic candidates and maybe take a selfie with one.
