A summary of this month’s campus crime so far

Though we’ve had fewer TUalerts, campus isn’t crime free

It’s been a while since we’ve had a TUalert worthy of all the concern September’s sexual assault generated.

As students may begin to let down their guards in the absence of fresh horror stories of assault, Temple University Campus Safety Services’ crime log is a reminder that campus isn’t crime free.

On the Campus Safety Services’ website there is a log of all the crimes reported in November so far between 9th and 18th Streets and between Jefferson Street and Susquehanna Avenue.

Here is the frequency of each category of crime since the beginning of this month:

Theft: 12

Retail Theft: 3

Bike Theft: 2

Theft from Auto: 1

Burglary: 3

Harassment: 11

Sexual Assault: 2

Underage Consumption: 5

Public Drunkenness: 2

Open Lewdness: 1

Disorderly Conduct: 2

Underage Possession: 1

Criminal Mischief: 5

Fraud: 4

Warrant: 1

Criminal Trespass: 1
