Why I’m thankful to have transferred to SU

Added bonus: I look good in orange.

Transferring from a school of less than 500 students to SU has been an experience of a lifetime. I’ve done so much at ‘Cuse in the last four months then I have ever done.

I’d be rambling on forever trying to say it all, but what I can say is Cuse is my home.

I get to see Otto all the time and run into him everywhere. I no longer have to see this orange running on a television screen I get to see Otto in person like c’mon that’s a big DEAL.

I’ve been to two concerts already in one semester and before this I’ve never been to one. Concerts were on my bucket list for as long as I could remember and I’m finally able to scratch them off.

I’ve made friends from all areas in the world, but these girls right here is my family and this semester has honestly been a fabulous one because of them. These are the people I can call up at any given hour or text for no reason at all.

Don’t even get me started on the dining options– the food part is amazing, not to mention Chipotle is right down the street from campus! No one understands how happy this makes me since it used to be an hour away from my other school.

Anyways, you’re never alone as a transfer student because many other people transfer here to because who doesn’t want to bleed orange for the rest of there lives?

I cannot thank ‘Cuse enough for becoming a place that I love more than anything, and I am so thankful to be able to say I now bleed orange, forever.
