Everyone is pissed Fetty Wap didn’t perform at Juice Jam

If you’ve been living under a rock, then you missed a lot today. Today was Juice Jam, basically the biggest party of fall semester. University Union arranged for some great performers to come and entertain all of our drunk selves. This year, the headliner was Fetty Wap. Or at least it was, until no one could find him.
An hour after Fetty was scheduled to take the stage, a UU representative came out instead and announced that Juice Jam was over. Needless to say, people were pissed. They didn’t buy JJ tickets off classmates at 300 percent of the original price just for it to end early.
Some students are so mad that they want to boycott the rapper.
UU has now released an official statement about Fetty’s absence, but nothing has been said yet about the refunds the student body is demanding.
They explained that “Due to unforeseen travel delays today, Fetty Wap was unable to arrive at our venue at the agreed time.” So, instead of pushing back the start of the performance they decided to end the concert early.
Fetty Wap posted a video on his Snapchat story saying that while he had flight troubles, once he landed, UU canceled on him.
At least all the other performers showed up and killed it.
