Mizzou demonstration happened today in solidarity

The protest started at 1pm this afternoon

Today at 1pm the student body of Syracuse stood in solidarity with the students at Mizzou.

Students gathered on the steps in front of the Hall of Languages and moved to the Ernie Davis statue and then to the Schine Student Center.

The protest stems from Mizzou and Yale experiencing racism issues which have been long overdue for coverage.

The solidarity movement was put together by The Black Leadership Network for today.

The Tab went on the scene to bring you live coverage of what is going on:

A demonstrator says: “We do it for Yale! We do it for everywhere!”

The crowd responds: “Black lives matter!”
