Two students hit by drive-by paintball attack

Two Rutgers students reported getting hit with paintballs on Bristrol St. yesterday at 6 pm, according to the Rutgers University Police Department.

According to the crime alert sent yesterday night, the students "believed [the paintballs] came from a vehicle idling in the area."

The victims described the vehicle as a " dark colored sedan with tinted windows…possibly occupied by two males."

There are limited descriptions of the perpetrators. This is an ongoing investigation.
