He’s at it again: Coach Franklin calls for Rose Bowl White Out
Hope you got that long sleeve in white
Earlier today, Nittany Lions head coach James Franklin tweeted out that he is calling for yet another white out for the Rose Bowl on January 2.
The song was a nice touch
Franklin must definitely consider this to be his good luck charm, as this is the third white out of the year. But let’s give Coach what he wants, after all, he must’ve won Coach of the Year for a reason.
The first white out was the night game against the Ohio State Buckeyes, and I think we all know how that ended up. The second was at the following home game against the Iowa Hawkeyes.
Thankfully, the weather in Pasadena is going to be much nicer than it will be here in Happy Valley. If the game was at Beaver Stadium, we’d no doubt have to bundle up in our finest parkas (and who buys a white parka?). Luckily, at the Rose Bowl stadium, it’ll probably be around 60 degrees.
We just hope you bought the right color shirt at McLanahan’s…
