We are…Big Ten Champs!

In case you haven’t heard

Hopefully, you didn’t black out long enough last night to not be able to savor the sweet, sweet moment when we were declared the reigning Big Ten Champions. The Nittany Lions won 38-31 over the Badgers—and it was one hell of a game.

Saeed Blacknall’s 70-yard touchdown and Trace McSorley breaking Penn State’s record for most passing yards in a single season, as well as The Big Ten Championship’s game record for most passing yards, make being maced in the face almost worth it. Almost.

The last time Penn State was in the Rose Bowl was back in 2008, and it looks like that is the most likely scenario for the Nittany Lions as of right now.

This was also the last team with Joe Paterno recruits – so it’s finally feeling like we’ve come full circle.
