Penn State is one of the most sleep deprived schools in the country

We’re sure it’s from all those late nights ‘studying’

According to data recently released by Jawbone, Penn State is one of the most sleep deprived schools in the country.

The average PSU student gets 6.94 hours of sleep a night, putting us at the 57th most sleep deprived schools in the country. Nittany Lions wake up on average around 8:28am on weekdays and head back to bed around 12:49am to do it all over again.

And weekends don’t appear to be much better although maybe they didn’t take into account a solid midday hungover nap.

Sleep doesn’t lie.
