Atherton Minit Mart robbery still under investigation

Is this what happens when you stay at school for spring break?

On Monday, March 7th at around 11pm, a man entered the Minit Mart on Atherton Street and demanded money from the cashier.

Photos of the incident from a security camera show the man reaching into his jacket. The cashier believed the man may have been reaching for a weapon.

The perpetrator left the Minit Mart with an amount of money which has not been specified, before heading further west on W College Avenue.

Police believe the man is a college-aged, white male according to surveillance video. He wore a black T-shirt, black and gray hooded jacket, and jeans at the time of the robbery. Police estimate the man is 5 feet 8 inches tall and thin.
