Jerry Sandusky gets back his pension after court ruling this morning

A Pennsylvania court ruling has. just restored Jerry Sandusky’s pension.

TheĀ former Penn State assistant football coach was convicted of 10 counts of sexual abuse.

The Commonwealth Court unanimously ruled on Friday that Sandusky was not a Penn State employee during the time he committed the crimes, which was the basis for forfeiting his pension of about $4,900 a month to him and his wife.
