NC State offering free bricks to graduating seniors
No need to steal from Wolf Plaza anymore
For many years, it’s been an unofficial tradition to take bricks from NC State’s campus before graduation. Now the university is offering bricks that students don’t have to steal.
After years of making the groundskeepers’ lives miserable, students can now take old bricks from a location in Wolf Plaza.
So instead of yanking one straight out of the ground and causing the inevitable crash of a skateboarder or bicyclist, find this handy spot and take a brick to commemorate your time here at NC State (without committing a misdemeanor of damage to state property).
I mean, hey, after four (or more) years of walking and tripping on these bricks, one gets pretty attached to them.
