UMich ranked ‘most desirable’ college in Michigan
And receives the fifth most applications in the nation
Informative college website eCollegeFinder created a map illustrating the most desirable college in each state based on the number of applications received. And of course there’s no surprise that University of Michigan takes the crown in the wolverine state (it got that nickname for a reason).
With an acceptance rate of only 33% and 27,979 undergrads, UMich received 46,813 applications this year. But that’s just because everybody wants to be a Wolverine.
