East Lansing PD hilariously calls out prankster on their Facebook page
Apparently a damaged ego and enough public embarrassment can keep you from being arrested
A man was caught on camera at the CVS on M.A.C Ave May 17th, seeming to be testing his strength with pull ups on a clearance sign in the parking garage. To bad for him, however, when the sign gave way and ended up hitting him in the head.
To add insult to a what looks like a very painful injury, the East Lansing Police Department decided to have fun with the situation and throw a few jabs at him on their Facebook page this past Tuesday.
Who knew ELPD was so savage? With the cost of all the damage he caused rounding up to a hefty $163, ELPD is allowing the young man to walk away from prosecution as long as he turns himself in and pays restitution.
I think we can all agree though that hurt pride is better than a mugshot, am I right?
