Harvard remains the best Ivy League school in new university rankings

Harvard is ranked third

New QS World University Rankings for 2018 have been released, ranking Harvard University in third.

Does it even surprise you that we rank higher than any other Ivy League? Some of the other Ivy Leagues ranked extremely low. Dartmouth came in at 169th and Brown came in at 53rd.

The only schools that are ahead of us are MIT and Stanford.

The QS World University Rankings bases their scores on the expert opinions of 75,015 academics and 40,455 employers, also analyzing institutional research impact. It’s known as the definitive guide of global university rankings.

Numerous other colleges continue to rank lower as there is more competition internationally which makes it harder for US institutions to attract international faculty and students.

According to Top Universities, “21 of the top 50 universities in the US & Canada have fallen down the ranking since last year.”
