BREAKING: FSUPD has found and arrested a suspect in a sexual battery

FSUPD has found and arrested Andrew (Andy) Schluck as of this morning, The Tab can confirm.
Schluck's picture was sent out in an FSU alert yesterday as a person of interest in a sexual battery that occurred in a dorm on Wednesday night.

This morning, an investigator on the case told The Tab they had been "working all night" on the case and arrested Schluck early Friday morning.
Shluck is being held in Leon County Jail on first-degree felonies: sexual battery and burglary with a person assaulted, according to WCTV.
Schluck was also arrested twice in 2009, both times on counts of "sexual battery when victim physically helpless." Both incidents were investigated by the Tallahassee Police Department.
