The map that shows what would happen if only young Americans voted

Trump would be annihilated

If young people were the only Americans casting votes on November 8th, Hillary Clinton would win in a landslide.

A new poll released by SurveyMonkey says Hillary would dominate Trump with 498 electoral votes to his 23, if people aged 18-34 were the only voters.

In this scenario of young people taking control, an astonishingly blue map of America emerges. The battleground states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina, and Florida all turn out for Hillary.

The picture above reflects how poorly Trump is polling among young people. Even the firmly red states of Texas, Alabama, and Georgia all turn blue in this picture. In fact, the only red states in this election would be Kentucky, West Virginia, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana. Alaska, North Dakota, Nebraska and Kansas remain toss-ups on the millennial map.

Though it is looking good for Hillary with a recent Harvard’s Institute of Politics poll showing her leading Trump by 28 percent, it is still crucial young people turn out to detonate his vote.
