Emory is ranked 15th in the world for best student-staff ratio

We’ve been tearing up the lists lately

We’re the best college in Georgia and the 20th frattiest college in the U.S.  And now there is yet another reason to love Emory.

According to the Times Higher Education, Emory is tied for number 15 with the University of Rochester for the best student-staff ratio, with 4.5 students for every staff member [insert joke about that half of a student here].

The list included 800 schools from 70 different countries, meaning that Emory kicks some serious ass when it comes to small class sizes.

Maybe this isn’t the best thing when you forgot to do the reading, but it gives Emory students a great advantage that many larger universities do not have in terms of working closely to experts in their particular field.

And if you’re still not thrilled with that: Duke is at number 19 on the list, so it looks like we are the superior Southern university in some respects.
