We’re going to graduate and earn an incredible $60,600 a year – nearly $30,000 more than the national average.
New data released by college researchers at Payscale ranks us at a joint 26th for the best starting salary in the US, tied with Dartmouth.
This puts us hundreds of places ahead of UNC, which comes in at 375th with a $46,200 average.

Our average mid-career salary, judged on what you’re likely to earn after 10 years, is $111,000 – still tied with Dartmouth, but about another $30,000 more than UNC.
