What’s the best place to grab a bite around Hunter?

Because everyone loves food

Food, glorious food. Everyone loves it. Everyone needs it. But what’s the best place to get it?

Thankfully, Hunter is surrounded by a solid number of food joints, carts, cafes, bodegas and restaurants that can cater to almost any craving and desire.

So, I went around and asked Hunterites: “What is the best place to grab a bite around Hunter?”

Alec, 21, Theater

“I’m gonna go with Roadside Grill.”

Abrar, 21, Undeclared

“Jackson Hole, on 63rd between 2nd and 3rd Avenues.”

Owen, 19, Undeclared

“I don’t go to places around Hunter. It’s too expensive.”

Christine, 18, Undeclared

“Chipotle.”

Gurjot, 20, Computer Science

“The pizza store down on Lex called Mariella’s.”

Fahad, 21, Environmental Science

“World Cup Cafe.”

Jalen, 23, Philosophy and Political Science

“The pizza place next to Dunkin Donuts.”

Adriano, 20, Biology

“I just bring my own food.”

Jethro, 20, Computer Science

“It’s a cart on Madison and 62nd called Tony the Dragon’ Dragonas. That is the best cart food I’ve had in a while. I prefer it to Halal Guys, actually.”

Matthew, 19, Political Science

“Elim Deli.”

Giresh, 20, English

“I don’t really eat around Hunter. Besides Chipotle being overpriced as fuck, there’s no other good place to eat!”

Izzy, 20, Physics

“The halal cart, to be honest. It’s $6 – mad cheap. It’s done in like 3 min. What more can you ask for?”

So there you have it.
