Columbia students respond to the wrestling team’s texting scandal
‘What the hell is the university going to do to protect us?’
Columbia is in uproar over the wrestling team’s text revelations. Bwog broke the news of their jawdropping GroupMe exchanges, which called women “feminist bitches”, black people “nigs” and each other “faggots.”
They are now facing mounting calls for their expulsion, currently in the form of a petition with nearly 600 signatures. So we asked Columbia students for their take:
