No power in Hojo and parts of Bay State Road
Students are not having a good morning
UPDATE: Parts of Bay State Road still do not have power. There will be generators put in place by 7 p.m., according to an email sent to some students by their RA.
The power in Hojo and sections of Bay State Road went out sometime before 7:30 this morning.
Students woke up to only the emergency lights working in their building. Apartments and dorms along Bay State Road were also without power. However, Towers, SED and Bay State Dining Hall all had working power.
Additionally, some street lights and intersection lights are out. According to one student, the red light at the Silber Way intersection is out.
Power did turn back on temporarily in Hojo around 8 a.m., but not for long.
Overall, terriers are upset, especially one student who was taking a shower at the time the power turned back off.
The power in Hojo was back on by noon.
