U.S. News and World Report ranked BU in the top 40 universities

BU is gaining while BC is slipping

Once again, Boston University has been ranked as one of the top universities in the United States. The U.S. News and World Report’s ranking for 2017 listed BU as the 39th National University.

Additionally, we were listed high in other reports published by the website.  We came in 23rd for Best College for Veterans, 36th in the High School Counselor ranking, and as for academic tracks, our Business program tied for 38th and our Biomedical Engineering program came in 53rd, just to name a few.

Sadly, Boston College beat us in the National University ranking by making the 31st spot on the list. We did however tie with Northeastern for both the National University and High School Counselor list.

While BU advanced from the 41st to 39th spot, BC has slipped ever so slightly from their spot at number 30 to 31 this year. So take that.
