Things every freshman has (hopefully) learned by the end of the year

We haven’t got too much figured out, but here’s some stuff we do

When in doubt, nap it out. Anywhere, any time

Sleep gets severely underrated for most people until they hit college.

Us freshmen learned quickly that there’s nothing a solid nap can’t fix (except maybe the grade on that midterm you just failed).

Warning: only nap around people you trust

How to avoid taking the million dollar stairs at all costs

This is probably one of the most important lessons. Seriously, even athletes skip this staircase from hell.

The “X” means never, as in not ever.

Knowing about the coffee machine in the bottom of O’Neill Library

Really though, just knowing where every vending machine is

As someone who regularly gets hangry, this is honestly just vital to know for when you just don’t have time to make a run to Lower or Mac.

Figuring out all of the fastest indoor routes to your classes

Gotta love New England winters.
