Sun Devil fan wins $500 from her dad after win against Kansas
Since the Sun Devils won with a score of 95-85, it looks like Tammaro will be forking over his credit card
Doug Tammaro, Arizona State’s basketball Media Relations Director, was living it up with the rest of the Sun Devils this weekend after the ASU basketball team won their game against Kansas, displacing Kansas from their NO. 2 spot.
The celebration was short lived when his Sun Devil daughter reminded him of a promise that he made during a vacation to Italy in August.
In the video, a tipsy Tammaro, clearly states, “If we win at Kansas, I will give you a $500 spending spree at the mall.”
Since the Sun Devils won with a score of 95-85, it looks like Tammaro will be forking over his credit card.
Tammaro told For The Win that he forgot about the bet but that he is to follow through on his promise.
Tammaro’s bet with his daughter teaches a very important lesson: never make a high stakes bet drunk on wine but if someone does make a high stakes bet drunk on wine record it, save the receipts and get your coin.
