Flasher exposes himself to female students at ASU
A young man flashed two unsuspecting women at the Taylor Place Dorm
A 25 to 30-year-old Hispanic man exposed himself to two female students at the Arizona State University Downtown campus dorm Taylor Place on Monday and police are still on the lookout for the culprit.
The man entered the residence hall restroom in the cafeteria at about 6:55 p.m. on November 27.
Video footage shows the man entering the building in a black t-shirt, khaki cargo pants and black shoes.
