Alabama is one of the most sleep deprived schools in America

We have plenty of trophies, but we may need more ZZZs

According to a sleep study done by Jawbone, students at the University of Alabama don’t get enough sleep. UA ranks 80th out of the entire nation.

On average, we get about seven hours of sleep on weekdays and seven and a half on weekends.

Though we do get less sleep than Auburn – probably because we’re too busy winning things – they do follow closely behind us with around seven hours of sleep on weeknights and nearly eight on the weekends.

On the bright side, we beat Auburn once again…even if it is sleep deprivation.
