We just asked white supremacist Richard Spencer how much it hurt to get punched in the face

‘It hurt. It hurts when someone punches you in the face’

White supremacist Richard Spencer came to UF today to make a pointless and tedious speech, so we asked him how it felt to get punched in the face.

The alt-right leader, who is a known anti-Semite and racist, was notably slugged at an inauguration event in Washington, D.C. earlier this year.

Remember this?

Remember this?

So we asked him during the Q&A part of his talk how bad it hurt to get punched on camera.

Here's how it went:

I'm Eman. My ethnicity is Egyptian and Puerto Rican. I am a beautiful brown woman here today. My question for you is how did it feel to get punched in the face on camera?

It hurt. It hurt when someone punches you in the face.

How bad did it hurt? Like, did you fuck up your jaw?

No, not that bad. I was fine actually.

We estimate there were approximately 200 people in the audience. At one point during the talk, Spencer asked how many there supported the alt-right and white nationalism. By our count, there were just five people who raised their hands.
