The Warwick Goose account has just been deleted

R.I.P to the goose you used to be

After a series of terrible months and overall a terrible year, you’d think that we would be more prepared for bad news.

But when we found out that the Warwick Goose Facebook account has just been taken down, we felt like a little part inside of all of us had died.

The account was created in the summer of this year and used to humour over 3,ooo friends with hilarious duck puns. We asked Warwick students how they reacted to his account closure and this is what they had to say.

Emma, a History of Art finalist felt that “the Goose was actually a metaphor for hope in this dark time, and even that is gone now.”

While, Alexandra, a third year Film student said: “all I can say is, nothing is safe in the path of 2016.”

R.I.P. Goose, we hope that heaven treats you better than we did.
